13/ Rise Up

Your work is my work.  When you thrive, we all thrive.  This is the nature of our interconnectedness, of our lives.  Keep this in mind when you are deciding how you will live yours.

Receive that which is yours to receive first and foremost.  If you do not receive all that is yours, how will you share with those you love?  And do you not have love for all of Creation, my child?

Embrace your abilities, as they make you stronger in your Soul.  It is a fallacy to consider oneself weak simply because of sensitivity, for what you perceive that is extra is a gift.  It is a gift.  A gift for you, for your family, for your loved ones and for all that exists in this great Creation.

Feel for a moment, feel what it means to be fully in your power of truth, of honesty.  Know in your heart what that truth is for you and for those whom you love so very much.  Remember your gift is their gift only when you embrace it and share it as you are meant to do.

It is not a problem to be sensitive; it is an advantage and you must recognize this first then use this knowledge now and always in your work that is this life.

It is a rising; rise up into the fullness of who you are, who God made you to be.  This is your fortune foretold even by prophets long ago who spoke of the Greatness that is coming upon the Earth once more.  Yours to be and yours to behold.

12/ Your Knowing Center

Dear Lord,

Help us sensitive people rise up into our strength and take our place int eh world as leaders, teachers of all kinds, and change initiators.

Thank you!

Every human is blessed with an inner knowing of who we are as individuals as well as collectively.

Change is always a priority–improvement of self, creating collective progress.  We do this through struggles at times–inner or external.  This is not however, entirely necessary, because joy, peace, and love truly are our intended baselines.

How are these then attained?  Or better yet, retained?

Your heart knows!

Your heat knows.

This is why the advice frequently is given:  Follow your heart.

It knows the direction for your life.  It is your compass in the wilderness of choices you face daily.

So return to it, and return to it again.  Return, return.  Make your heart your home for home is where the heart is.

11/ Use Your Gifts

Your work, your challenge, is to make a new path not just for yourself — also for other sensitive people who suffer in silence as you have, knowing all the while, deep down, how beautiful their gifts are, how beautiful their souls are.

This won’t come as a surprise to you because you have been practicing for this moment your whole life — learning how to manage in a world that can be cruel and unkind while knowing how connected you are to every being on this planet:  imply by virtue of being a part of this world, this creation.

So do not despair because the time is now, the time has come, to awaken your inner knowing, to fully grasp the fullness of your abilities that others long for, need in their lives.

It is no surprise to you, though, because you can see how drawn others are to your vibrance and your understanding that makes life so tolerable when circumstances are harsh.

Focus on this now, on knowing your gifts and your assets and then on using them!

Use them!  Use them to usher in peace where turmoil prevails.

Use them to offer kindness where cruelty once stood firm.

Use them as you see fit and you know how because they are your gifts, your  privilege, your knowing that can benefit others.

Make that space, that allowance in your life, and flourish as only you can–your way, your special way.

Peace be with you now and always!

Blessings on your way.

9/ Momentum

We must discuss forward movement.

We all desire forward movement, and this is only possible in our lives once we accept where we are and who we are.

You may approach this question with dismay.  You may approach this question with delight.  This is for you consideration and awareness.

Become more aware, then, and leave your sorrows and you consternations in the dust behind you for all is possible when you are with God.

It is not that you don’t know what to do.  You do.  You were born with that knowing.  It is covered, perhaps, by misunderstanding and disruptions and misperceptions, many loaded onto you by others.

So uncover it, uncover it all and there you will find you yourself and you know who.  THIS is the glory of being who you are–that you know these truths already.  You believe them because they are very real to you, to every fiber of your being.

Relax then if you must and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Help for a Sprained Ankle

If you have sports in your life, this definitely is one for you!  I sprained my ankle recently, and I healed it rather quickly and easily using mostly homeopathy.  That helped me quickly get back to my full-time responsibilities and, more importantly, living my fullest, highest life.

Of course, sharing is what I do, so the day-by-day follows the video, and a printable PDF gives you a handy, fileable reminder of the basic how-to.

The first thing was to pour my Arnica Spray on it–that’s Arnica 200c dissolved in water.

Then I took Arnica 1M as well as the Sprains & Strains combination, which contains Arnica 200, Rhus Tox 200, and Ruta 200.

It became clear that I needed the higher potency of Arnica, so I ended up using only Arnica 1M for Days 1 & 2.

I kept my leg elevated and as immobile as possible, wrapped my ankle, and I did not ice it.

I continued to use Arnica 1M as dictated by pain, wrapped my ankle, and kept it elevated most of the time.

I also went to the chiropractor, because it felt like a bone was out of place.  She found two bones out of place and set them back to their allotted positions.  That did bring some extra relief, and I was glad I had gone in for the adjustment because I felt my body had one less point of healing to accomplish on its own.

That night, I realized that I had not put any further topical treatment on it so I used my First Aid Spray, which contains Arnica as well as Calendula and Hypericum 200c.  I used that because I had it handy.  Given an easy choice, I would have used only the Arnica topically.

When I awoke in the middle of the night to help my daughter, I realized on my way back to bed that I had walked and not crawled to help her — and that I felt fine!

So, I was surprised to awaken in the morning and feel pain again.

Fortunately, I realized that the X Factor here was the topical, so I used that again starting on Day 3, to great effect.

Knowing that two days on the Arnica 1M was sufficient, I forced myself to quit, even though I was a tad worried because it had helped so incredibly with the pain the first two days.  I thus switched at that point to my Sprains & Strains combo–200c of Rhus Tox, Arnica, and Ruta, both internally and externally for one day.

I was surprised on Day 3 to be able to bear weight on my ankle and to be able to flex it.  My husband, who played a lot of soccer and thus suffered his fair share of ankle injuries, was amazed to see me flexing my ankle already.  I was mighty pleased myself.

I switched to only the topical application of my Sprains & Strains combination.  I find that the 200c topical lasts 24 hours per application, so I stuck with that.

About the Topical:  I used a topical application that I made in olive oil, but you could also use the remedies in water [and in lower potency, more often], if that is what you have on hand.  You could add a few drops of oil to your water to help it ‘stick’ to the surface of your skin, too.  If you would like purchase a topical preparation from me, that’s available too.

I continued to improve.  So did my ankle ;].

I began tapering off my use of the topical to every 2 days, then as needed.

8/ Make A Difference

To make a difference in someone’s life, including your own, you must be true to yourself.  Staying honest and true is the foundation of all that you want in this life.

Once you have established that, and you live it every moment that you have, your life will begin to feel made for you.

Try it and you’ll see.

When you know who you are, you can custom-tailor your experience on Earth from what you wear and what you eat to the friends you keep and the career that suits you.

So don’t keep it a secret–especially not to yourself!

Make it known first within yourself, find supportive people in your life who will help you blossom more fully.

If you are a parent it is your responsibility to see the truth of who your child is and to support that wholly and fully.

[This is not to be confused with enabling hurtful behavior, of course!  We are never hurtful when we are living in the truth of who God made us to be.]

Just knowing who “me” is will get you terribly far in life.

Count on it–you will see how it takes shape quickly once you align your outward life with your inner life.

Go forth, then, and be thyself!

7/ Show Yourself

Write down your words for how it feels to be you.  You know it best, and writing it down can help you get to know yourself even better.

You must be honest and forthright so as not to forsake yourself at the start.  If you forsake yourself, what must others do?

So be bold and be strong in who you are and others will take notice.  Then they will strengthen your resolve and you will know for sure that you have gifts, you have talents, you have capabilities that are certain and are special as you are.

Next you must take a step of faith.  You must express your truth for the world to know and enjoy.

You will know and you will see that it is as powerful and real for others as it is for you.  You will see.

That is the gift right there.  The gift of knowing and of being and of caring and of sharing who you are with the world that most needs you to be you.

6/ The Truth of You

Forget the stories others have told you about who you are.  That you are good, bad, or good at something, bad at another.  Forget all of it and replace these versions of reality with hard-won truths about what feels right tot you–really right.

Hold money in your hand.  How does it feel?  Know your values and make sure your actions are consistent with them.  Be your own mouthpiece.  Say what you mean and mean what you say.

It must be that as time passes you become closer and closer to your truth of who you really are:  One with God and the angels, one with creation, one with your soul.

You must know that is true already, and you must not forsake this knowing, this truth about who you really are.

Your burden now is to stay in this truth, to live in this truth.  From this only good will come.

5/ Truth Light Peace

When you travel a path of peace and light, you know you’ve made it.  This is because all joy comes from peace and all love comes from light.  It is the basis for everything good.

You must know by now in your own life how good it is to feel pace–how right that feels.  Love, the sam way.  Light is merely a reflection of that love from above.

So in our lives as sensitive people, we must find ways of securing a constant state of peace and of light.  These two, always and together.

With peace and light, all is, and all feels possible.

Never mind the fears and the “but if” scenarios popping up in your mind right now.  They can say what they like but truth remains true regardless.

So, now to you–how do you maintain truth and light, peace in all ways and times?

This is simple and yet it is not.

First you must own your current state:  Are you frustrated?  Insecure?  In denial?  Whatever your current state, positive or negative, you must be certain of it and aware of it in its complexity.

Then take that feeling and expand it until it bursts.  Pops like a balloon or a bubble.  This will garner you more freedom and certainly more space.

Once you have accomplished this feat, you have an opening.  An opening for love.  An opening for peace and light.

Let it flood in.  Be with it for its duration, filling you up top to bottom.  This is your destiny, your find.

Now when you trip, when you stumble or even fall, your destiny still waits for you.  You need only claim it.
