How to Use It
Apply liberally to the affected area and adjacent areas. You’d be surprised how much strain is put on your neck when your shoulder is what hurts!
To Relieve: To relieve sore or stiff muscles, joints, or inflamed nerves, apply the MUSCLES gel to the affected area and massage in gently. It absorbs quickly, so if you have a large area to cover, apply in sections.
- For old injuries, apply once to the injured area and the area where you feel the pain + the surrounding area — about an extra 8″ around the injury / painful spots.
- If you feel relief from the first application, then use that as your guide. Apply again as needed for relief. People who report success using this gel for old injuries apply more frequently initially, then taper off [as the pain begins to lessen and reappear less frequently] until the pain disappears. Reapply as needed.
- If you do not feel relief from the first application [some people say they feel a subtle shift or a relaxation], consider widening the area of application and applying 2-3 times daily for 2-3 days or until you do feel the relief. Once you feel relief, follow the above strategy, applying only as dictated by the pain and tapering off as you experience improvement.
- For chronic pain or pain from a permanent musculoskeletal issue, follow the recommendation for old injuries, above, but you likely will need to remain on a maintenance schedule.
To Prevent: Before activities that are likely to result in sore or stiff muscles or joints, apply the gel to the anticipated areas of discomfort.
To Enhance: Consider applying before you head to the chiropractor, PT, or massage therapy. Amplify you results!
